My M2 ignition system let me down today, after about 10 minutes running it started to misfire and soon stopped. After cooling off it starts and runs ok for approx 5 minutes before misfiring again, so I'm pretty sure its electronics somewhere within the ignition system.
Any suggestions on what bits usually give up first ? also, any suggestions on best place to buy new ignition components ?

Cheers

you sure it's not the coil breaking down

i had an ignition switch melt internally on an X1
same as a HD sportster , custom chrome etc. sell them

Could be your:
side stand interlock (does it die with the clutch pulled in?)
Cam Position Sensor
Ignition unit
Coil
Leads
Plugs

Best you borrow some bits and try them out. I'll lend you stuff but you'll need to come to Bristol
