You can do it with out any additional kit. The fuel pump primes at the switching point.

OK,so back of timing at plate ,set engine to TDC,advance timing to a point the pump primes and that's set up perfect ?? Yes ?

Hi pash I did what you said but there was no switching point it came on no matter how far retarded ,any ideas this is for my xb9s I'd just like to know it's perfect

Got to get the mark for front TDC compression rather than front TDC exhaust.

It works for me.
