So can one of you that owns a real buell measure and tell me on what height the fairing/headlight brackets sits on the forkleg!?
It's for a 98 S1

Seeing all kinds of differend setups ,i thought that the headlight bucket was flush with the underside of the lower tripple clamp!?

Thanks!

Bottom of the bracket is about 6cm up from the lower triple tree

The headlamp bucket is about flush with the top of the lower triple tree :P

Hey, I was only out by 0.3mm, which wasn't bad considering I measured it with a bent Stanley Powerlock lOl

Yes, although I've had the forks out since, as I had to put new seals in.
