Hmmm......that's strange :? which manual do you have ?....just checked through all mine and the only figures I can find are for pre-recall mounts which were 73-78ftlbs (98.9-105.7 Nm) and later mounts which are 60ftlbs (81Nm).......the only other figure is for the ''front isolator bolt'' which is 100-110ftlbs (136-149Nm)......are you sure you haven't confused this with the entry for ''Front isolator to cylinder head bolts''

Current ride: Buell M2 Cyclone
It's a Buell WSM for 1999/2000 Cyclone M2.
Beginning to dawn on me now....it has two listings for isolator bolts:

Front isolator bolt....100 Ibft
Side isolator bolts....100 Ibft

The side ones refered to must be the ones at the back......... :headbang:

Those figures are for the bolts that pass through the rubber isolators, if you look at the manual again, there is a torque figure for isolator to cylinder head bolt, which in your manual will be the pre recall figure of 73-78 ftlbs.
The recall isolator mount fitted to your bike uses thicker washers under the bolts and a revised torque of 60 ftlbs was introduced for these......you only have to ask :)
