Put Hyperpro Springs in mine. Kit comes measurements/fitting instructions and oil.
Forks been serviced since tho by Maz after a fork seal failure. He used his nouse when refilling (couldn't tell you what he set the air gap to) and I've no complaints.

P.S. if you're struggling with the sleeve for the Brake (and also Gear Change) pedal, alu tubing from a diy store has done the job for me.

Passed TUV yesterday with no advisories :D so now had a nationality change and a nice new number plate.

Cost an extra 10 euro for the XB12 so thought it would be rude not to.
