ECMSpy will let you convert the log file to csv IIRC. Can't check as I am away from my PC until Saturday night.

Hi Nick.
I mean if I open log file in windows notepad all figures doesn't match their columns. If I open in excel it asks encoding to match figures and columns. Otherwise all mixed up.

It might not be this simple :? , but that looks to me like the display just isn't wide enough for all the columns so the last one is overlapping onto the next line and messing things up... Can you reduce the font size or put the device sideways or in landscape mode so you have a wider screen? :|

Then again, it looks more messed up than that... but you never know... :?

Thanks for reply.

I tried on tablet, on laptop, all the same...it is not about screen size. But finally I applied text format to all column and etc. Success! All fit now. Anyhow here is another problem, bike still run like crap. Glitch somewhere, couldn't find where it sits.

At first glance: closed loop seems disfunctional, EGO correction stuck to 115% and mixture is always rich (in regard to O2/O21 voltage). Can't find a reason why, and I do not have any equipment left to test ...

Hi guys!
It is been a long time since it so-called fixed. I reflushed complete eeprom from stock to race and nothing changed, all wires checked and etc, after many attempts to find out what is going on I decided to install another ecm and all those hiccups, pressure drops and errors gone.
Another guy faced problem with his bike, during riding "theft error", we traced all possible malfunctions and followed troubleshooting in instruction manual, looks like ecm problem and that guy decided to install that ecm I dismantled from glitchy 1125...theft error message dissapear, but same glitch like I was trying to solve in this topic.
Next step I am going to excavate ecm and do some fancy soldering and whatever happens happens.

Hi guys!

Could somebody clarify this: bike is 1125R 2009 and ECM type which is glitchy is BUEZD, any possibility this ecm comes with 2008 firmware and causing fuel problem?
Thanks in advance.
Valentyn

BUE2D was the latest 1125 firmware and from memory my 1125 got better behaved when it went from ZD to 2D...

That's right, BUEYD>BUEZD>BUE2D.
But!!! My thoughts are that "glitchy" ECM is from 1125 2008 which probably not working on 1125 2009 because of some recalibration, different injectors, o2 relocation and etc, thus it is not glitchy, but not compatible with 2009.
Question is: how to recognise difference beetween 2009 firmware and 2008 if both can show BUEZD?
A lot of firmwares are free and cruising around in web, I store a lot them on the cloud and hard drive, looks like whole eeprom should be burnt, not just fuel maps, but what the heck the name of right one?

Thanks in advance,
Valentyn
