I was just wondering can the cam cover be powdercoated or does the heat cause the brass/copper things to fall out? Have my cover cut down , just wondering will i polish or powdercoat.

I had the one from my xb done ,and there was nothing wrong with it afther the coating.

Only extra i did was bolted it to a piece of plywood and also made a wooden plug for the ignition hole before blasting to keep all the grud out of the bushings and oil passages.
