Got them today, brilliant stuff Pash, thanks. :yup: My old one is 2mm shorter :? Looks a bit mashed from when the bearing went.

The big issue with the front (internal) spacers is that the external diameter is much smaller than the diameter of the face of the bearing inner race and is then compromised to accept the external spacers...

S1 front wheel bearings replaced.

SKF Bearings cost <£10 posted from here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/bearingsource?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2754)
and delivered quickly.

Not a big job. Original spacer was showing signs of 'swaging' / compression at both ends. Measured length was 74.3mm i.e. less than the distance between the bearing landings, with the spacer loose within the wheel once the aluminium top hat spacers were removed from the bearings.

Spose I had better do the X1 too at some stage :)
