You do have to partially pull the rear wheel spindle out to change the pads... Not that much of an issue based on how long they last...

The big unsprung weight saving is surely worth any slight increase in maintenance time?

The fact that the caliper is almost completely hidden is just an aesthetic bonus.

Extra maintenance time is about 5 minutes more in 5000 miles.

I like the neatness (and cos it is dual piston) rather than weight, there is enough of that sitting on the seat :run:

I schemed it up then machined it on my old man's milling machine.
