Just a question ,please can somebody tell me is a duff ecu a common fault ??? If there are no wiring defects for example remove loom from bike remove protective cover so you have spaghetti individually inspect every wire and plugs for breaks chafes and continuity ,,,if there are no faults how did the ecu end up duff,OK so you change the ecu and you get the same problems exactly the same,final result another ecu, is this acceptable it's not a service item it has a fuse to protect it from damage,,,does the ecu have a problem from the factory,as an owner / would you want to keep buying ecu.s every time you have a problem,these are standard ecu and no mods to bike apart from bin the exhaust flap motor,all info gratefully received many thanks
