Idle measurements do not allow conclusions for riding issues, because it's very different in many aspects. Please record a log (from cold start to the point the error occurs while riding), then post a link to the log.

Control loop implementation in DDFI-3 is quite solid, as far as I can tell from the logs I saw.

Hi Gunter, thanks for being interested, last time Your conclusion helped me a lot.
During riding bike also drop tacho to zero and quickly rev up again, looks like pressure drop and she stall.
I'll have to buy ecmspy for mono and do record a log, thus it's going to take a while.
Thank You very much again.

While your are in gear? This would imply the rear wheel blocking ...
Otherwise it's more probably an electric glitch, may be the crankshaft sensor or harness.

Bike sits in garage more than an year because of this, since it happened while riding in gear few times, almost fell from bike and scary in the corners leaning and etc, so nobody want to test her till we get rid of glitch.
How does fuel pressure sensor removal affect to crankshaft sensor, I mean no surging during fuel pressure sensor disabled.
Thanks in advance.

It sounds like an electrical glitch, for the bike to momentary cut out and restart . Once you get ecmspy and do a log file it should hopefully show up an error code to confirm this or show out of spec readings on pressure sensor.
Electrical problems can be a pain :headbang:
I’ve got an old AUDI that on motorway ,speedo reading all over the place , accelerate reading ok stable. decelerate reading ok stable try and drive at fixed speed needle bounces around

Hi guys!

My suspicions were about VR, but it was changed right after new rotor and stator. Today we soldered so-called VR, charging meanings shows 13,5V during idle. But!!! To many error codes occur, no chance to ride and record the log.

P.S. Could somebody advice encoding for log file to match in exel?

Thanks in advance and brgds,
Valentyn

ECMSpy will let you convert the log file to csv IIRC. Can't check as I am away from my PC until Saturday night.

Hi Nick.
I mean if I open log file in windows notepad all figures doesn't match their columns. If I open in excel it asks encoding to match figures and columns. Otherwise all mixed up.

Is there not a text to columns feature?

Can you open it with MegaLogViewer?

It might not be this simple :? , but that looks to me like the display just isn't wide enough for all the columns so the last one is overlapping onto the next line and messing things up... Can you reduce the font size or put the device sideways or in landscape mode so you have a wider screen? :|

Then again, it looks more messed up than that... but you never know... :?
