Would like someone to look at my X1 2000 and tell me what updates or modifications can be done to improve the running. I am not very good with the spanners but learning more each day, and now have a workshop manual. I think it needs the ecu checking as it doesn't shut down quick enough when warmed up (i like blipping it when changing gear).
Please don't tell me to hook it up to my laptop an check the map as my sat nav tells me to f**k off so not much chance there! I live in Notts so anyone living near me would be an advantage.

Just ride the shit out of it all summer, see what you don't like about it, then change it in the winter. ;)

Be careful what you wish for. After a long run, I'm just about deaf, with a ringing in my ears until the next morning. :old:
