anybody on here fitted the led tail light y0401.7ac to their xb.mine has been on about 2 months and now even if i switch the wires round i can only have the tail or the stoplight on but not both together.the feed is ok so it is a problem with the light unit itself.any ideas?.i cant send it back as i have changed the connectors to spades and it does not look like you can take the unit apart so i think its a bin job

After 2 of them fell apart in a very short space of time I went back to the original.

I have one on my xb. can't tell you which wire is which as I'm at work, but mine has been fine.

Iput a new one the wifes 12 s the one that was on worked on normal and brake light but the number plate light kept flickering so got a new one from trojan think it was 25 pounds

i took mine off the bike and tested it in the house with a battery and it works fine somehow water from washing the bike must have got in i have now sealed the hole where the wires emerge and will try it on the bike
