i had the pleasure!!of watching through the window of the workshop of a dealer who i will not name.the mechanic spent 10 mins at the bike then wandered of for 10 mins then had another 10 mins on the bike then three more times he repeated this no wonder it takes so long to do anything and costs so much :sad1:
