When I met some of you guys at Glastonbury I took a picture of a custom made TailTidy (original one chopped). I'm looking at doing something similar but wondered where do you get one of these...

It's a Motrax hinged universal number plate bracket, available at any good bike store. They come in black or silver and cost about £20.

Saw one a couple of weeks ago in a local bike shop, but I cannot find it on the web ...

Thats perfect sportster_mann - cheers :yup:

On a similar note to the Tail part. Mine has what looks like a stanley blade cut on a noticeable edge on my original tailgaitor (or whatever they're called) about 3/4 of an inch long. I'm convinced I havn't done it and it must have come out the shop like it. But how can I prove it now? I tried to polish the cut away but it has made it worse. The black paintwork now has a whitish rub mark where I've been rubbing due to thin paint. Most annoying. I wasn't planning on doing anything to this yet, if at all but being fussy I can't live with this blemish on my new bike! If anyone knows how much these cost new I'd be grateful. Probably cheaper to get the whole part sprayed or powder coated. :headbang:

Blimmin hard to photograph this mark but heres the mark in question. Alright some may say what's the big deal but it's annoying me and just putting a black marker on it will not fix the rub mark which you can't really see. How much Tubbs?
