It was seeing some Goldwings with trailers yesterday on the M1 that got me thinking what a brilliant idea they are.

I think I'm going to fit a towing bracket on the Ulysses, not the S1. I have a junior hacksaw fitted with a new blade and will post pictures soon.

First thing I've been able to read on here in years!

What effect would the trailer have on the wheel gearing wear rate?

OMG I'm getting worried - Chris, go for the sidecar combo - it's actually illegal to fit a trailer to a Buell, not only illegal but also a cardinal sin - you will be banished to the underworld and banned from the club you founded!

To further enhance the long distance touring capabilities of our Ulysses we'd thought of buying a Squire motorcycle trailer.

Thinking about it, if we went for the D21 model we could use it for UKBEG events and bring T-shirts, banners and all sorts of stuff along.

At venues where there is a carpark, will you be giving rides? I will be first in the queue :!:

Fast forward 5-10 years and we'll be talking about the best choice of trailer for also bringing the Buell when using the RV to come to UKBEG meetings...
