We were successful in buying a total of fourteen Buells in yesterday's online dealer auction of Buell UK Company Owned Vehicles.

The prize buys are three brand new 2010 models - an 1125CR in Black, an XB12XT in Racing Red and an XB12X in Sunfire Yellow. All three are priced at £6995 on the road and yes, I know that's a lot more than earlier models have been sold for recently.

They were the only examples of these final edition models which were available and bidding for them was pretty fierce so we paid a lot more for them than we did for the recent shipment of models being cleared from the warehouse.

All 2010 models had a number of significant improvements over earlier models but sadly very few were produced and even fewer reached our shores.

The remaining machines are a mix of ex-display unused machines and ex-demonstrators including some which would have been used by the Buell Performance Academy. We have a selection of 09 1125CRs, 08 and 09 1125Rs and 09 XB12Xs and XTs.

You are welcome to PM me over the weekend if you are interested in any of these (I would prefer them to go to Enthusiasts' homes) or call me on Tuesday on 01638 664455.

Steve

One of only about six who I was aware of involved in the bidding. We're fortunate that we have a hardcore of enthusiasts and Buell owners at the shop. Jon, our technician, with his 1125CR, Nobby in parts with his Uly, Nigel, the boss, with his Uly and me with my small fleet 8-)

After this latest purchase we don't expect to have any more new Buells to sell but we will sell used machines, carry out servicing and warranty work on all Buells and supply parts and accessories including aftermarket goodies.

Steve

Most were, I'm guessing that Shortstuff's are remaining new machines for two sites from the last new bike allocation.

We have three used black 08 1125Rs and one 09 model. Also one new 2010 1125CR in black, two used black 09 1125CRs and one red one. Then we have a selection of Ulys: new 2010 XB12X in Sunfire Yellow (only gay if it's on an M2  ), new 2010 XB12XT currently red but about to become black because the boss likes red lOl , new 2009 XB12XT in red and used 09 XB12Xs in Black/Barricade Orange/Thrust Blue.

Roll up, roll up ;)

Steve

8 of our 16 have now sold gents...

all the aircooled bikes, 2 of the white 1125R, and 2 of the black 1125R.

we now have 2 white MY09 1125R and 6 MY08 1125R left...

if you want one, pm me and i try sort something out before they've all gone.

SteveJ

(a couple of the blue frame 1125R my be going a little cheaper, as they have the odd scuff here and there, so will reflect in price if sold 'as is') ;)

This could turn into a bloodbath.
Ursus' initial notice has quickly become a sales thread.

I had to read that seven or eight times for it not to be "Nobby with parts in his Uly..."
