Pain and upset.
Only do this if you have the patience of a saint and an unending will to succeed, Maz helped me and I'm not a tosser on spanners but if it wasn't for him I would have broken something really expensive.

All of it is pretty much common sense and I guess it's probably in a factory service manual but reading out of a book would take days to do, really.

It took me at least 7 hours with Maz's help and it's graft, my suggestion would be to contact Maz and ask him how much.

The results can be this good 8-)

Thanks spondon440, point noted, I've decided not to do this myself as it would probably take me twice is long as you and I would damage expensive stuff. Unfortunately Maz is too far from me to consider his help, I will need someone closer.

Looking at your photos of your bike, looks like you fitted Aero headers? What can is that Reverso? What are the results like?

:yt:
It goes like stink after 2250 rpm, but is pretty poor below that, I haven't fitted the fueller yet and I'll be away for a week before I get too, I had it on a rolling road (which was embarassing) before fitting and will be back when I do anything at the bike, so will be publishing results as I get them.

I reckon the improvement is massive

I should hope so, IIRC Trojan used one on his race bike, so plenty of room for growth too...

But below 2250 is idle isn't it?

Only downer is the price, 1600 plus postage for the whole set... Saw a set once on EBay and that went for over 1200...

No, believe me if it ticked over at that I'd be deaf, it's also 45 mph in top and it a uly and i bought it to tour as well as thrash and the point is it can be better.
