I have just about run out of tether. I have texted, phoned and emailed this morning but with as yet no response. I am beginning to think he hasn’t got the shocks any more, because if he still had them it would have been easier to have just posted them back by now rather than giving us this run around.

Have you contacted the bailiffs to see if there is any thing left in the workshop?
If the good have been sent for auction and they have not yet been sold you should be able to reclaim them, you do however need proof of ownership.
A receipt or document with the serial or part number on should suffice.

Just phoned him and he's been in the workshop all day! (mobile phone? ) He told me mine has been sent too and said he's email me the tracking details. 'Not on your Nelly' was my reply, give them to me over the phone - which he did Holding my breath for tomorrow now. Hardly surprised he went bust if he treats customers with such contempt
