I don't think it's fully signed off yet, that article from the newspaper is a year old, I read on another forum that the banking is full of asbestos, old tyres and a whole host of other nasty stuff, however I'm sure who ever is behind it all is pushing like fuck to make it happen still :sad1:

I did hear about this years being the last. I asked Wobbly (Dean) about it just after he'd been and he said that its all good and not to worry.

He also said he had a great time too BTW.

Yep I Spose to a few HA guys who said they thought it would be still on next year at the same venue ...even if the venue did get lost I'm sure the HA guys will move mountains to get a new venue and licence because it's a huge earner for them ...I really enjoyed this years event the MC guys are a bit "cold" unless ur patched but met lots of great "normal" bikers and had a great piss up with great bands etc as usual ))

Cool man, I'm gunna book the second week off in August (before anyone else can) as that seems to be when it is. If it goes ahead cool...if not, we'll still get the beers in in August!

Pissed me off when they said no alcohol to be brought on site then they slay you with inflated prices, I was there in 2010 on my bike but crewing with the Outlaw Anglia team the HA were driving round the site selling 4packs of beer for £12.00....... fuckin robbers :evil:
We did have our own supply in the pits though ;)

That is quite steep! If I went for the 3 nights I'd be bankrupt. Maybe just 1 night for me then (Or 2 nights and a few sneaky hipflasks)
