Thanks Maz, nothing to worry about then. I'm guessing Pash needs to replace his regulator as well.

Do you reckon that the extra pressure is compensating for the knackered injectors?

Success story...

ChrisX1 borrowed a set of X1 injectors and they appear to have cured the issue. This was after setting AFV to 100% rather than the 143% that it settles on with the injector blockage or injector failure coupled with my 90psi fuel regulator (two wrongs making a right).

I picked my tank up from him yesterday and swapped the regulator so am at 49psi fuel pressure again. I too need to set my AFV to 100% as it’s currently at 80% as a result of correctly functioning injectors and the 90psi regulator.

In addition, as X1s are easy to work on, I may try the Bosch injectors that Maz has been playing with...
