If you use an aftermarket exhaust without a cat on an 1125CR, will it still pass MOT emission tests, or is it best to just keep the standard one and swap it over for MOTs?

I'm an idiot. Beforehand when I was looking, I was searching and reading about emission levels, I got nowhere. Now after your comment I searched to see IF motorcycles get tested, and got my answer.

People who play with their bikes should know this manual well, be aware though that even with an mot- able bike you can still be nicked under the construction and use regs (but this rarely happens, unless you have pissed off the police)

Passing an MOT and being street legal are two entirely different things.
