Hi, I saw these online, and wondered what people think they would be like at speed and in traffic...

At speed they wont be scooping air into the radiator, but in slow traffic they are more open so wouldnt be holding the hot air in the scoop. What do you think? I just hate the look of the standard ones!

If you look carefully at the moulding part I think that you will find " Dyson" on it. :rotfl:

Always thought the lower fairing on a CR looked OK they're a bit pricey though http://www.speed-of-color.de/index.php? ... lt0kq2jcd4 and http://www.buelletinboard.com/forums/sh ... Down-Under

I prefer the ones I posted up to be honest. The one with the full fairing makes it 'too sporty' looking for me.

So does anybody have any opinion on my original question?

Like them on the CR but don't like them enough to spend €500 on them. Prefer the pods with the belly pan.

Free spirits ran this on their race bike so it defenatly works. Prefer the mesh ones ...

The Free Spirits set had on the CR a marginally better cooling effect than the original ones.
Alas no technical explanation for this.

The Free Spirits ones still have scoops though.

Can anybody answer my actual question? I'm not asking which I should buy!

Perform same as stock at a guess. No gains bar cosmetic if they float your boat.

So you think the open-air-ness will counteract the lack of scoop?
