Anyone got a spare exhaust bracket for my X1 one has snapped with bolt/nut and washers missing. Could probably get bracket welded but missing bolt and strange shaped washer which accommodates the bolt with a spine.

As Al said there's nothing wrong with the can it's the clamp that joins headers to can that's broke.

No it's not, it's the clamp that holds the headers to the header mount

There are two torca clamps that wrap round the joint between the header and the can to seal both that has broken. One needs replacing. Re-drilling the bracket closer shouldn't make it brake. All it did was straighten the clamp instead of pulling at an angle.

They were made for the race headers and race can not for any other replica types so how can they be suitable for all? It's been fitted for over a year now without problems they are just prone to break.

The picture you posted above says it all.......that failure is due to you moving the hole centres.
Take a guess at how many of my brackets I've fitted to Albert headers and then take a guess at how many have failed
