THAMES VALLEY also replaced bearings in a sportster of mine and forgot to put the tube back in the wheel between the bearings and they colapsed.......

What will you do? Get Guidford to replace tyre and brake pads, and clean the bike up, then bill TVHD?

Jeez. What a bunch of :tosser:

Yet another reason to spanner it yourself. Or to put it another way.

TVHD will burn him on this and use it as a copout unless they are real people.

I, for one, will log them on my "HD-dealer-feck-wit" database.

Can I have a Sticky on this one

That is what the trading laws would want you to do the first time around. If you get someone else to sort it and try to get TVHD to pay you will end up in a world of pain. Belive me I have been down that road before and if I can help let me know. There is a way of doing these things and you need to get it right from the off.

Its true, they don't give a f**k. Experienced it for myself. :nutkick:

Contact your local trading standards office and see what they have to say.

I would suggest you get them to put it right. If you get it fixed at another dealer you may struggle to get the dough you paid them to fix it back from TVHD.
