Any body got the disc and lead that comes with this sat nav, the one that came with the Uly is in a foreign language and I'm sure you need the disc and a lead to plug it in to a lap top etc, :?:

Do you know what the software is? IGO 8, Primo, TomTom, Garmin etc. There are lots of places on the web you can find information on getting most GPS units up and running. You could also try plugging it into your computer with a USB cable, all of the GPS units I've had mounted as a drive in Windows and in Mac (OSX). If it'll mount as a drive you have a good chance of updating it.

I just looked and I think it is a Garmin unit

Its also doesn't look like it's been updated for a long time.

Garmin has disavowed all interest, support, and inquiries in the Quest series. I have several (some for spare parts-as the hinge on the antenna is prone to breakage). If you don't have the original unlock code as issued to the original owner, you are kind of screwed to make any changes, or link to your computer. There are, however, aftermarket maps available that will sometimes work. Its a shame, as they are a neat and PORTABLE unit with a wired earbud or speaker car adapter instead of the sometimes sketchy bluetooth connections.
