Thanks for the positive response to this idea.

It did occur to me an hour after writing the post that it will the 21st Anniversary of the launch of the 1996 S1 in 1995. So, to be strictly correct, we're going to call the event the 21st.

It's a good job there's an edit button :D......

OK I know the M2 has always been considered as the ugly sister or even the fat bird you'd probably 'Do' but never admit to :oooops: but is there going to be a celebration for us M2ers?

Next year we plan to organise NMM meets for the XB9/XB12 Lightning and M2 Cyclone. Dates will be announced later this year.

We're gradually working our way through all the Buell models.

I've just gone back through previous events and these 'featured Buell model' NMM meets can hardly be considered a resounding success, but we'll keep doing them.

For those of us that like lists :D.....

XB12X/XT Ulysses 14-04-13 = 11
1125R/CR 12-05-13 = 6
XB9R/XB12R Firebolt 15-06-14 = 9
S1/S1WL Lightning 27-07-14 = 8
X1 Lightning 26-07-15 = 3

Blasts are next on the 13th September.
