Hi Guys
We did go on a long holiday and I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I can only apologise for the delays, we have had a few teething problems with the fit and the fuel tap position which have now been rectified. Tony is waiting for a new heavier plate for his jig that is being made for the tanks to be fitted to, which he should have today or tomorrow, to ensure each tank will fit the same, but he
is working on the tanks each day. I am pushing this project as much as I can and will continue to do so until they are all complete. Tony feels quite confident that the problems are all sorted (fingers crossed) and is running them now.
My only problem is there is only one of him and a guy who helps him but they will go out as soon as possible.
I will be in touch as soon as I have some more news.
Best wishes
Michelle

I wish I could get a metal one for my X1 :|
Would an S1 tank fit an X1 if you ignore the fuel pump/petcock issue? I mean the frame under the tank is the same, no?
