There's one for sale at the mo with a standard seat.
After digging around the web for more info they're apparently around 8 inches longer than the usual single seat unit so i'm after pics to get a better idea of what they look like on the bike....the only pic i've found is from a crap angle and with the corbin seat ( which i dont like!) .

Hopefully folk can post pics or give links to such.....thanks! ;)

oh well, the search continues for a regular single seat rear end. :sad1:

And just if anyones interested the one for sale is on ebay , although the ad does'nt mention if the subframe extension bracket is included or not.

From my paper archive I've just added 3 images here:-

http://www.ukbeg.com/gallery-view.php?category=15

I think these were taken at one of our first NMM meets in Birmingham, i.e. probably in 1999.

Other photos that I've not scanned and uploaded shows some young S1W owner called Maz getting a "gong" from CJ and CJ in cahoots with Buell executive (John Lewis) - who I think helped to fund the production costs for "American Thunder"...

Had one sat in the garage for years before eBaying it. Official item comes with a longer rear light/plate rig. Couldn't swear to it but doesn't look like any of the photos so far have the longer rig fitted as seem to remember it coming to the end of the plastic.

That's my bike. Have you put it on the S1 worship thread yet, or do you want another picture with it's single seat on?

I did buy one to fit to my M2'ed S1 rear  but the passenger section didn't seem to have very much support at all.
I was going to use it for occassional use and keep the S1 rear on the rest.
Ended up flogging it again :?

There is an alternative support bracket that comes with the seat that is longer and supports the seat better. This needs to be installed with the rear light and indicators on.
