Bought a new set for my xb12s, just wanna no best way to remove throttle, cables, bar ends etc??

Just fitted bar risers on mine and had them :maz: ed. Glad I did in the end. If your new bars are a much higher profile than the those fitted there's no spare in any of the cables and brake line. Had to have the whole front end off and re-route everything :headbang:

Changed the bars on my xb9s a couple of years back, oem ones for rizoma slightly lower and not so wide, didn't have to change cables or brake line. 60min job.
