Say, this may have some benefit to the 1125 owners although I'm not sure if we use the same clutch slave cylinder!

I just stripped the slave and it is a doddle! Sure enough a dark ring was present in the cylinder so I honed it out with my finger and 1000 wet n' dry paper. With no effort all was cleaned up and smooth as silk.
The rubber seal has a fair lip on it and so I decided to rebuild.
Put some rubber grease on it and reassembled.
Just bled it all and pumped the clutch a fair bit.
Now if that big black cloud in the west buggers off I can road test

.......... is he alright :?: ......... hadn't we better call the police :?: .........Nate... call home................

Nate :?:

................ I guess the lesson we should all learn from this - good people - is that we should "leave fixing bike-brake parts to the experts" :sad1:
