Trying to get my 09 XB12XT Insured.Best quote from Bikesure is £197 fully comp.How does this compere with other folk, :shock:

Compared to other folk on Shetland, who use their bikes for SDP and commuting to and from work, garage it, have 20 years no claims and are aged 45?

Do a compare on some of the compare websites and see what the price is with other insurers. You could also search for "insurance" on the site as this comes up over and over again...

Rates could be high in Shetlands because of added risk of bike blowing away or dissolving in the rain and sea airs :roll:

M2 Cyclone £112.60 fully com CIA bike Insurance, mind you I am an old fossil :old: and Iv'e never made a claim on my bike insurance in 45 years of riding :yup:

My XB12XT fully comp through Swintons £120. 40 years no claims :D I used the MCN compare site and chose Swinton's online but as they have a shop in March, Cambs if any probs can go in with basball bat to sort them out :twisted:

More like getting splatted by touristy folk on the wrong side of the road,or suicidal sheep. :roll:Only bike to dissolve Moto Guzzi Bellagio in 11 mths.

grrrr : insurance companies;

thieving c***s steal your NCB every time you leave the country for a few years and dont allow you to use the perfectly good NCB you built up in your new country of choice if you are unfortunate enough to have to come back.
