Has anyone got any experience with twinmotorcvcles developed rear shock,
https://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/artikele ... 18&aid=213
They don't specify what damper they use but it does look the biz and is significantly cheaper than an AST unit

I've encountered a couple of these and they're shit IMO.....no remote res. and the wrong length, build quality is nowhere near as good as AST....you get what you pay for

Have had no experience of AST or Twins units, but I do have a Penske which are top notch, also very expensive nowadays and designed as a race shock and as such need more regular servicing/cleaning than your shrouded types, something to bear in mind when you decide what to go for

The article says that there is also a shock available with remote reservoir.

And the AST has some issues to!
Number one is the delivery time :sad1:

At the moment there is a used worx shock and a new Olin's shock for sale on ebay.

Delivery time on AST in the UK has not been a problem.
Not aware of any problems with AST other than some people feel they're over sprung/damped.
Worx shocks are dogshit IMO !.....and as far as I'm aware Ohlins don't actually make a Buell shock ?...the 2 I've encountered had Ohlins stickers on them but nothing like the expected Ohlins build quality and the owners reported that they didn't perform well at all.
Jeznewsome was one and if memory serves he swapped it out for an AST ?
Just in case you're wondering, I have zero affiliation with AST.
