Unfortunately due to the continuing arctic weather and the forcast of more snow on the way for this weekend we have decided (regretably) to postpone our open day until the wweather improves. The new date will provisionally be Saturday 27 March but we will confirm this as soon as possible.

Is anyone else going to this?
I am going to have to take the Friday night off work to attend so would like to think some others are going to make the efffort.
I'm wondering whether to stay somewhere the night before could anyone recommend somewhere close?

Hi Norrie,
I have spoken to a few people who are planning on coming but don't have any numbers.

We should have Craig Jones's Buell and XR1200 stunt bikes here on the day courtesy of Dave at Dash Custom exhausts, so there will be something to look at at least :):)

Here is a link to a good B&B close to Darlington (Piercebridge) that my family used last weekend and can recommend (close to town but far enough away to keep your bike safe!). It is a nice village location with a couple of good pubs that do meals.

The weather forecast looks promising for Saturday and I've quality tested Jane's selection of sticky buns :P - we have all the right ingredients for a good Buell meet, sunshine and free food.

Weather for Saturday looks like being dry and 15 degrees (which is desert-like for the North East!).
We will have our latest XR1200 project bike on display and Dave Sharpe from Dash Custom exhausts will be here with a display of his products and the 'Oberon Performance Roadshow' display in addition to a couple of trick bikes.

We'll be here from 10am -3pm and if anyne needs directions just give us a call :)

Won't be able to make this now I'm afraid.
I'm not well and have been spewing and shitin all yesterday and today.
I was really looking forward to it as well.
The only bonus is I never booked anywhere.
See you all soon and hope you have a good one.
