You ok Digger?

Yeah, bit pissed off that I missed a rare riding opportunity, that's all. Rear wheel bearing picked the best time to go - a mile from home - thought it was a bit squirrelly when I wasn't on a frosty bit of road - quick check showed the bearing had cried "enough!" Crept home at walking pace & all ok. Could have been more of an issue if I'd not noticed it when I did - 10 mins later I'd have been caning it over the back road from Barton to Brigg

Sorry to hear your bad news Digger but at least you are in one piece and noticed the problem close to home and not in the middle of nowhere. I was looking forward to my Digger hug as well. Never mind I can claim double next time ;) :4roz:

Digger - sorry to hear about your rear wheel bearings :(....

By eck, that was a Image day. At least we enjoyed brilliant :sun: :sun: :sun:

Another successful 'CJ Mystery Tour' completed. I would like to emphasis the word mystery because it certainly was to me. I had planned to use a combination of 'B' and unclassified roads to get to Skegness but ended up covering most of the county. I don't know where I went wrong exactly but at least it was a scenic tour. Still, Kev's now got some decent mileage on his new 1125CR :D...

Thanks to everyone who turned out and respect to Claire :4roz: for riding her own bike with a dodgy knee. It was a good ride and the fish & chips (eventually :oooops:) in Skegness went down a treat.

We covered 283 miles in total and the Ulysses performed faultlessly.

Left to right: Jane, Brian, Claire, Rick, Darren, David and Kev.

Loos and hot drink stop 'somewhere in Lincolnshire' - at least I think we were still in Lincolnshire :?....

CJ Tours and fish & chips - the winning combination :P...

A few pictures for Kev....
