Right, I now have all our food orders collated & ready to send to the Hotel.

I intend to send the order tomorrow night, so if there are any alterations/ammendments etc please let me know before then.

I have to tell you that the Hotel have said that once I have confirmed the numbers & orders they will charge for any cancellations after that time (think this may be a reflection of how much we mucked them about at the last minute last year ) so please, as I've said let me know quick if you're not going to make it.
