With Digger not able to make it to SproutFest this year, I wonder whether anyone might like to volunteer to offer me a lift from and back to Birmingham Airport?

If so I would probably arrive at Brum mid afternoon on the Saturday and need to be back there around noon the following day.

Alternatively, a lift from home or another airport, might work as I've not booked my flight yet. That being said, I'd like to book it ASAP to keep the price down.

Thanks in advance,

Eric

I can pick you up from the airport Eric, that is, if you're recovered from the last time I drove you lOl lOl

Eric,

If Adam can't make it, I'd be happy to.

I could probably sweet-talk Vicky into collecting you instead.

Pros - a cute blond (Vicky, not me!) behind the wheel for your whole 4 wheeled journey.

Cons - a complete nutter behind the wheel and you'll spend a lot of the time with only two wheels on the ground for your entire jorney.

If you need me to pick you up then I need to know what your mobility is - can you get into the Lotus? No problem if you can't, I ll take the Avensis instead: no problem with that, but I don't want to turn up in a go-kart if its not an option for you.

Dave

Well, UKGEG comes up trumps again!

Now, making you arrive in an Avensis is more than I'd want to inflict on any man, especially when the alternative is a Lotus driven by a blonde! So Dave, thank you very much, but you're off the hook! Tigs or Paula? What a choice! Adam was in there first, so, sir, I accept your offer! I'll book my flights and PM you the details.

Thank you to all three of you!

Eric

You mean you'd entrust Paula to me would you? This is looking better and better!

I've PM'd you.

Tigs and Dave, TapaTalk won't let me PM either of you (I had the same problem PMing you, Dave the other day), so I'll just have to thank you both for your kind offers here. Thank you.

I was able to PM Mojo, Alison and Adam though...vey odd!

I'll bring my own Satnav just in case!

Last time I got lost it was with Kev and Ronnie and we found a stranded and slightly deflated Buell if I recall correctly. And didn't Adam and his van ride to the rescue?

Yep, driving through Ireland, I just happened to say, 'Did you see that bloke sitting in the hedge? He was the spitting image of Frankie'.

It took a while before the Penny dropped lOl lOl
