Steve was a great ambassador for EBR the bikes looked good even if a little lost in the vast space. I did notice lots of people having a second look once they realized they weren't Chinese.

We've had a great day out at the NEC show. We didn't manage it on two-wheels because the weather was pants this morning, it was suitably grim up norf :( .....

Steve was very busy on the EBR stand and he must have been very pleased with the level of interest shown. Let's hope that interest transforms into some orders.

There were lots of interesting new models to drool over, especially the Ducati Scramblers. The Kawasaki stand was heaving and was easily drawing the biggest crowds, particularly when they were running the supercharged H2R up on their dyno.

Jane was very taken with the new 2015 Guzzi V7 II Stone and is seriously considering ordering one to spread her mileage between two bikes and take some of the pressure off Barney now that he's reached 100,000 miles. To round the day off nicely I managed to get a great bargain on a new helmet with an Italian paint job, an early Christmas present from Jane :4roz: ......

Nay Sir, a special thank you to you. You have worked your butt off, to bring the EBR to us all and raised the profile on a shoestring budget and through sheer hard work and determination.

I am delighted to have ordered my EBR 1190 SX and can't wait to get her on the road  :4roz: :4roz:

Great day out, liked the EBR stand very much, in fact was going to roll one of those rather nice EBR mats up and deposit some cash as I ran off, but alas, the lovely lady was not going to give in... had a climb on a fair few bikes but, must admit if the money was there a new Norton would have been my bike of the day, along with one of the monster energy girls, but we can all dream...
All in a very nice day indeed..! :yup:
