Anyone else coming from this neck of the woods?

May catch you as you pass from the M5 slip road (if I can) and if I go that way, but depends on how my XB is running. :?

There I was last night sitting with my exhaust can in my lap thinking;"...well what a f*****g trip it's been? , but I ain't scared....cos it don't hurt see..." lOl

No I ain't 'stone'd ;) , just discovered that after a last big overtake on the Devises road a couple of Sunday's back, that all the filler in the neck of my can fell out. Well it had to eventually, but it did last 3k and four months. It wasn't back on form last Sunday either so I had to look inside before blasting up the M/Way this Saturday. :?

As they say in the word of customising; "Steel is Real". So I know what to do now!

I've put a little filler back in to help the flow, but don't know how it'll run until I fire up Saturday morning. Be seeing you! 8-)

Most seem to run OK without filler ;)

Agreed, but it's all relative (see posts in 'garage talk' & 'a bit of albert and stealth' over the winter. ;)

Always liked my Stealth can, but I have been enjoying some 'enhanced' experiences of since February. However the experiment was only half finished due to lack of materials, and for several miles after the filler went AWOL, bike ran like an old Ford whose tail box just fell off. :? Maybe ECU got a shock or lump of filler was stuck in exit pipe for a while. OK now, just not what it was. I have now put filler back in one small area this time to test the exhausts sensitivity to that element.

Need to use better quality (industrial type) filler, or remake the shapes in steel. ;)

Back home in Brizzle. Thanks Maz for the hospitality and chance to view the Emporium and your bikes. Love the fact that the X1 and S1 were on the benches so you could have a good look at all the details.
Nice to chat to some I have met before and nice to meet some new ones.
And because I put some dubbin on my boots then glorius sunshine all day :yup:

Flossy, don't worry about not being 'equipped' for the bike wash, there will be plenty of dirty bikes at D4. I'll supply a bucket and sponge lOl

:yup: :maz: , had a great time. Very kind of you to put lunch on and glad to have been of assistance to you.

Nice to meet everybody, old faces, young faces, new faces and small faces.

Again, I failed to take piccies...

Hopefully, for those have not ventured to the shores of the River Tame before, it was a good trigger to seek out MazWorld so you know where it is when you need it...
