Andy - I don't know of any Buell riders from our area (we're in Dewsbury, but going to East Kirkby on Friday) but if you want to ride with some pasta-flavoured V-twins the Ducati Sporting Club usually meet up at 9.00 ish at Squires Cafe for a run to Em's Day. I'll see if they're doing the same this year.

Hi Andy, I'm in Wakey but won't know until Friday whether I'm going as owe missus a weekend in the Dales which depends on the weather. I'll PM you if I'm going but last year I ran down with Martin and the Ducati lads (a bit Blackpool via Scarboro!) but enjoyable when we finally got on to the usual Lincs back roads. Meet at Squires around 9.00 as CJ says.

Steve.

**Hangs head in shame**

Sorry folks, Robin & I won't be there this year.
It'll be the first one we've missed.

Have a great day. Woody will be leading the charge from the Bridge. 8-)

Blag an Ambulance for the day, you could rig it up too to sell burgers out of the back and recoup the fuel costs lOl

I can't remember the last Em's Day that didn't have some rain. In the last few years Emma and Darren have been sat on their respective clouds throwing everything at us - from light showers to downpours and flooded roads.

Whether you're on a bike or in a car/van you will be made very welcome.

Agreed, Tigs - I'll probably give it a miss too. After riding there on mostly tedious roads, getting wet, and giving money to support a good cause, I kinda object to being asked to park my bike out of sight around the back of the shed. And though it's good to hear a Lancaster's engines revved up, it does get a bit old after two or three times. Now, if said Lancaster (or any other old warbird) were to take off and give a display, that would be another matter...
