Post subject:  another newbie..!

Hello everyone.
Must start by saying, what a great site.. everyone so friendly and loads of helpfull info.
Recently bought my Ulysees after fancying something a bit diffrent, and to be honest... like so many of you, i love it !!.
I have a few queries tho... Bought mine private sale. Bike was as new condition, 2500 miles, 06 plate. Couple of days after buying it i went to Le-mans 24hr with friends on it. On the return journey the clutch started to slip, mainly pulling top gear.. I have since tried adjusting locknut behind plastic cover on clutch (all the way in, then back half turn, which is what it was set at anyway) but it still slips. The prob is worse the hotter the bike is.. Im going to change the transmission oil next, do you think this will help ??
Im sure the clutch cannot be buggerd as the bike has only done now 4000 miles and has not been abused.
Any input greatly appreciated.
Apart from this hiccup my Uly rocks..!!
The other niggle was the irritating vibration from the dash, but ive since found out, that thats the horn, which will be duly junked..

Thanx all.

Hmmm.... this isn't in the Tech section (from which I'm banned) so I'll suggest that someone has stuck the wrong oil in and it's screwing with your clutch plates.

I'll edit this post to some pix of tits as soon as someone who knows what they are talking about comes along, though.

Welcome, chap. Shouldn't you be from a small village in Armorica?
