:yup: welcome
As with most things in life knowledge is key to a good outcome .
as in life there are the back street dealers , keyboard mechanics , the ones who can talk the talk but don't know one end of a Buell from the other . You only have to search or ask on here to learn of people who have wasted lots of money at southern dealers trying to sort out problems ,

like others have said maz :maz: has over 20 years’ experience working on Buell and only Buell’s , so therefore he has seen pretty much seen everything that can happen .
he doesn’t suffer fools gladly , if you ask him a question he will give you an honest answer , might not be the one you want to hear , but up to you if you wish to take his advice

With the greatest respect, Frenchie, it's hugely in your own interests to give Maz a call and find out what he has to say about servicing XB Buells, and the 10k service in particular. There's no bullshit, no hard sell, but the best advice you will ever get this side of the Atlantic from the UK's only Buell specialist practising for in excess of 20 years. There's a reason folks from as far as Cornwall and Scotland send their bikes to him. It's up to you now.

All that and them some, however time consuming & planning it takes its the best move you'll ever make. A genius at work is an understatement.

I remember having to lend a few tools to a 'Well respected Buell repairer' from the Midlands, to adjust the clutch on his mates bike at a Buell gathering in Lincolnshire :o I'm so glad it wasn't my bike he was working on :rotfl: If I can't fix something on a Buell, it goes to Maz.
