Hello from the East Midlands (near Loughborough) I've had my 09 XB12XT for a few weeks now, and as well as grinning from ear to ear riding it, I've been getting to know the bike mechanically as well. I've been lurking around the forum looking at the technical information, so you can expect some silly questions in the near future :D

I've not been over to the Vic for a while and I thought the Ashby Folville monthly car / bike event had been stopped by the Police due to concerns over the number of people turning up?

Only just spotted this post and didn't realize that Ashby was back on for bikes. Is it first Tuesday in the month with the last one in October?

No,its second tuesday ,but some of us go on other tuesdays for a drink now that the ox at sixhills Is so crap
