Hi I'm not in a position to offer you advice on the 1125, but many on here are - welcome from a reactive newbie.

I live on the Beds/ Bucks borders so probably not too far from you - I managed to get to a few UKBEG meets last year but unfortunately I work away for a fair bit of the year and seem to miss most. Currently home and enjoying the weather - if it keeps up may nip across to the landing beaches or similar next week.

Super Sausage http://www.supersausagecafe.co.uk is probably nearest decent bike café to me - any decent ones you know in the area?

Further up the A5 just the other side of Towcester is Jacks Hill Cafe, traditional transport cafe that makes a good destination.

Whereabouts in Bedfordhsire are you Ollie? I'm in Leighton Buzzard and I too have an 1125R.

I am very close to L'Buzzard - I would be up to meet at Jack Hills one day. I will be meeting a couple of mates for Brunch at the Super Sausage on Thursday 23 April . I popped into today for a cup of tea as I was passing " well sort of :D )

Sounds like we should plan a meet up and visiting the landing beaches is on my bucket list, though unfortunately I couldn't do it next week. Where are you based then skri?

It was an Rx version and agree did look the biz. You can see why I don't do face book I am sure I typed in "relatively" and not reactive! - frigging auto correction, still they do result in some funny posts lOl

IIRC - there is a Buell event on 31st May sponsored by Dave and Julie of NVT - plus there is a Friday night meet every month :D :D

Hi everyone,

Sorry for my slow reply. I seem to be having trouble responding on my iPad and at work where I have use of a laptop, I keep fogetting!
I'm in Biggleswade so only a quick half hour to Leighton Buzzard. I've got friends in Linslade so am over that way quite regular :)
I do go to the Super Sausage once in a while and Jacks Hill. I also go over to Fox's Diner (H Cafe now), the Silver Ball and the Ace sometimes!

31th May for Jacks Hill meet I'll have a think about :)

If you guys fancy a ride it's easier to find me on Facebook on the UKBEG page..but I'll try to get on here more regular!

Thanks a lot

Ollie
