G'day

Ulysses owner (from new 2005). Well tricked out, totally immaculate with a lot of mods. Was going to PX it when I got the Road King......but the offer was so low and the bike means so much more to me...... a bit special and once it's gone it's gone.
So...I've still got two bikes and the wife has one.
Just got back from two weeks biking (55 of us) in the US (California)......finding all the bendy bits in Sequoia, Yosemite and the LA national park. Pacific coastal highway was pretty good too.

Live 80% of the time in south west France......great roads. 20% in the UK....south and east of the M25...not quite such great roads.

The Buell attracts quite a bit of attention in France......seems they appreciate 'La difference' over there.

So......can anyone tell me if Trojan Horse Racing are still going as I cannot access their website and it was a useful place to get my spares from? Any other recommendations?

Today at the 'office'.......wall to wall sunshine and 25oC. :sun:

Welcome Rog, may I recommend the Rennie range of products... :coat:
Trojan Horse no longer exist, I'm afraid.
Black Bear of Newmarket or Riders of Bristol for OE parts with negotiated discounts of 10% and 13% respectively (thanks to the stirling efforts of others on here).
Albert on this site makes superb exhaust systems.
Twin Motorcycles are the big European (Dutch) players in sales and manufacture of aftermarket parts, and then there's always our good friend 'google'...
Hope to meet up with you when you're over here.
All best,
Rik

Barney....bits on the Buell

Micron Serpent s/s race exhaust system.....sounds gorgeous.
Remus Poweriser ecu
Hyperpro suspension f&r so lower, but firmer for road use
Touratech oil cooler guard, headlamp guard, hand guard risers
CRG adjustable control levers
Tall screen
Low seat
Trojan Horse self adjusting belt tensioner
Pegasus (second) air scoop
Side cooling vents
140db twin horns so that car drivers can hear me....above the sound of the exhaust system... :-)
Then the usual stuff: after market heated grips, Hepco & Becker panniers, triple tail padded gel cover, Buell tank bag, new Michelin Road Pilot GT (2) tyres which really stick. FSH etc etc......I've also got all of the 'old' stuff that I took off the bike. No I'm not selling it now! The PX offered was poor and the bike means far more to me than the sum offered. It's great to ride and different......I just hope that when bits and pieces are needed I can get them easily enough. 8-)

Welcome. If you are down south circa 13th Dec why not pop over to the reunion at DG20 AKA Southampton Harley (see Tubbs' threads) 6th Dec. There are bound to be doughnuts, burgers dancing girls, probably a few Buells and loads of Harley drivers in their cars. :D

To be clear, the DG20n / Southampton HD meet is on 13th and the only doughnuts involved wil be the edible klnd.
