Hi all. I've just rejoined - i was a member about 8 / 9 years ago and went to a few ukbeg meets on my black S1 Lightning. East Kirby and the Lancaster being one of my best ever biking memories! I still have my Buell, although it hasn't been used since 2008! Its only been out of the garage for cleaning and maintenance in all those years. I still love the bike, but my life style changed, as it does, and gradually i stopped riding. I have other toys which take up my time and have a camper van and narrowboat obsession to keep me busy!
So . . . after over 12 years of owning it, i am finally putting the bike up for sale, and seeking advice on the best market. I don't want to put a general ad in the bike press as i want the bike to go to someone who will appreciate and care for it as we have. Its been a special bike, seen alot of good times with me, and looked after me well. I'll put some details in the for sale section on here later, but just wanted to say a quick intro first x

Good luck selling, I hope it doesn't go to Germany. Still a very desirable bike.

Thanks isis. Funny you should mention the bike going to germany as a couple of friends have suggested theres a big market for all things Buell-y over there? I'm a bit out of the loop with stuff nowdays but sounds like it might be the case then? It might sound a bit silly but i want to make sure the bike gets a good home - someone who's going to love it alot! Its taken me a few years to decide to part with it. Daft really. Its just a bike?

The Germans prefer XB's, so I think your market is more likely to be here in the UK.
