Can anyone recommend some Windows based software (free) to record what goes on on the screen and make a .mov or similar?

I want to record what ECMSpy shows and what Log Works (Innovate software to work with the LC-1 wide band lambda sensor hardware) are doing during a couple of dyno runs (with Albert666's pipes) at Tubbs' place in a few weeks time...

I haven't looked on google, cos I will find a stack of them and I wont know which is best. I am looking for some personal recommendation...

TTFN

Nick
