I would advise against shaving the genitals (in this weather) unless one regularly shaves anyway...and if you do...it makes the question pointless
If you are new to the male pubic grooming regime....trim back with scissors first...plenty of good quality shaving foam (not the instant pressurised shit in a can)...NEW blade...shave and repeat until fully groomed!
If you are on your own I would recommend doing it in a warm bath...if you have an understanding (and very trustworthy) partner have them do it for you
DO NOT USE aftershave...a copious amount of "Deep heat" works better
