Hi there I am looking for the plastic piece that the number plate, rear light and indicators all attach to, a previous owner has cut the one on the bike and it is not a pretty sight.
If anyone knows what it is actually called that might make finding one easier.
cheers

As standard on an m2 it is a permanently attached part of the seat molding. You need to track down the whole thing to get it back to standard. They do come up for sale now and then.

I think you're along the right lines with your description!...
Buell's nomenclature is "Tail light/license (sic) plate BRACKET"
They do separate from the seat unit with care, but be aware that they are not all the same.
UK Part No: M0644.L
(US Part No:68946-99Y)
HTH

On the skinny M2 they don't need care, they do it by themselves lOl

Hi there, shouldn't have counted those chickens, part number M0644.L for M2 Cyclone is no longer available from Jersey Harley.

So still looking for one (Licence Plate Holder) , ideas or offers anyone???

Hope to hear from someone who knows where there is a brand new one or unmolested secondhand.

Cheers again
Chris

Give Riders a call they may be able to get it from Vintage Parts...

There must be plenty of them around after many M2 owners suddenly realised they should have bought an S1 and went forward to create an M1...
