Any takers before I think about part exchanging. This is a genuine sale.

Just got a dog so have decided to get a sidecar outfit to take her out in!

Maybe wishful thinking, but yes I do if you compare it with what else of that age, milage and performance is about. Its not like there are loads of dealers trying to bang them out at stupidly low prices anymore.

First thing I thought was - Too Cheap!

If people keep selling their Buells cheaply this will drive down prices for everyone one else not to mentioned owners selling cheap are doing themselves no favours! These bikes were in the £8000 price band am I right?

People will be put off if it's too cheap suspecting some hidden problems! I'd thought should be around £6000, maybe more!

up until September/October last year... yes.

A fair few 2008 models became available for around £6.5k September/October time as they tried to shift old stock. Then the anouncement came and prices dropped to £5 to £5.5k for current models.

The anouncement came 5 days after I picked mine up.

I think it depends where you live cause my local HD dealer didn't sell off Buells at ridiculously low prices. I think they knocked £1000 off each model thats all.

But even if they did sell off cheap surely thats water under the bridge! No new Buells for sale therefore this should keep prices up for second hand unless people keep selling cheap.
